After casually looking and being on every Baja realtor email list for years, we finally made the decision to buy our Mexico vacation home in 2022. Convinced we were going to end up in a condo, because they were more affordable and readily available, we ruled them out during our first official house hunting visit. Danette and Andrew have been patient with our requests to make modifications, more than generous with their time, excellent in providing updates and already feel like the first friends we’ve met in the neighborhood. In fact, they personally took us shopping for finishes on our next visit and invited us to their home for a party that same weekend.

As the first home going up in the community, we were also realistic in that there could be setbacks. However, Danette and Andrew are genuine in their efforts and care for us and the success of their development.
